Design and project management of a new 8,500m² Highbay Warehouse and Loading bays with associated offices, fork truck charging bay. Including dedicated fire water retention pond, attenuation tank, concrete yard area, security hut. Also Obtained Planning Application and Fire Certificate. Acting as project supervisor design stage PSDS under the Health and Safety (Construction) Process.
